‘Tis the season for our last TNT of 2015!
Cafe Javasti is nestled in the cozy neighborhood of Wedgwood in Seattle, WA. A dedicated group of baristas and coffee fans braved the holiday traffic and infamous Pacific North West rain to watch 16 baristas vie for this month’s title and prizes.
The top 3 took home a sweet prize pack: copies of Imbibe and Barista Magazine, a lovely set of Yama Glass tea cups, Espresso Parts magnet set and shirt, and a brand new pair of Brooks running shoes from their Heritage Coffee House Collection!
And 1st place also got a 1 year subscription to Imbibe and Barista Magazine, a Yama Glass Sock Pot, Acaia Scale, and cash money!
The warm cafe was filled spectators as the pours started being laid down before the judges.
Sometimes it’s so hard to choose when the latte art is this good!
