Holiday Shipping and Delivery Policies


- Pre-order & Special Order; Items ordered together may not always ship together due to some items being pre-order or special order: you will be notified of such delays in a separate email.


- Equipment; We only sell the best and stand by strict quality standards on all equipment. To help ensure this, our equipment goes thru a benchmark testing process: you will be notified of equipment delivery times by our customer service team.

- Freight Shipments; Please allow for an additional 24hr-48hr window for freight pick-ups which can often be delayed due to holiday freight volume.  Note LTL carriers observe holiday scheduling and do not move freight through holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, etc.  There are often additional transit delays as the LTL terminals are heavily encumbered during the holiday season so freight delays/tracking update delays may occur.

- Delivery by December 24th does not apply to interruptions or failures out of Espresso Parts' control, such as weather delays, interruptions of our transportation systems or delivery services provided by our warehousing and logistics partners. In the event that a package is delayed or lost we will do our best to help sort it out.
