What’s Covered in the Installation Package:

  • Up to 2 hours of travel and 2 hours of labor, with flexibility to accommodate varying on-site needs. Totaling 4 hours for combined travel and on-site labor.
  • Provision of any necessary fittings and tubing for plumbing the machine from the supply point, along with installation of an electrical plug-end by the technician if required.
  • Installation and flushing of water filtration equipment, with potential exceptions for RO systems.
  • Initial fill, heating, and inspection of equipment to ensure there are no leaks or issues.
  • Calibration and programming of espresso machine and grinder as needed.
  • Basic training on equipment usage, including functions, backflushing, grind fineness adjustments, etc. Additional training can be arranged upon request as a separate service, subject to location, technician availability, and specific training needs.
  • Continued access to our After Sales support for any assistance needed following installation, such as adjusting volumetrics on machine programming or purchasing additional accessories.

Requirements:

The installation site must have all preinstallation requirements completed with site readiness confirmed with our After Sales team before scheduling an installation dispatch.
If you require assistance in preparing your site or have uncertainties regarding specific layout details, our team is available to help.

This includes:

  1.       Plumbing – Water supply & drain installed per manufacturer specifications, ready for use, and within accessible distance from the machine. **If required by state code, a 1-way check valve must be in place on the water supply line**
  2.       Electrical – Manufacturer-specified receptacle (outlet) and matching breaker must be in place and live/ready for use.
  3.       Water Filtration – Water filtration equipment is needed for all espresso machines, with water quality meeting manufacturer-required specifications.
  4.   The surface on which the machine is being installed is structurally sound, able to support the full weight of the machine when filled, and is composed of material that will not rapidly degrade when exposed to water.
  5.       All access holes for routing utility lines within the countertop or under-counter area have been drilled and completed.

The site must complete the pre-install checklist and confirm readiness before dispatch of a technician. Once the purchase is complete Espresso Parts will contact a local service provider and create a quote for the installation. That amount will be refunded directly to the customer and the customer will make payment to the technician on-site on the day of the appointment. Does not include Coffee Brewers, Water Towers, Water Filtration Components or Parts, or other non-Espresso Equipment.

**While the equipment is easy to operate after installation, it must be installed by a factory-certified technician with proper water filtration equipment to validate the warranty.

**Decommissioning of pre-existing equipment is not a cost that is covered in the installation promotion.  Any cost to remove/dispose of old equipment is an external cost.  If the customer would like the installation technician to help with this, it must be discussed and agreed upon before the installation dispatch as they would need to pay the technician directly for this.
