Up where Amazon employees run the streets during the day, Seattle’s South Lake Union, Baristas gathered last night to throw it down at Caffe Ladro.
Cafe Ladro got creative with their throw down, taking polaroids of each contestant as they signed up to create a photo bracket. And, they set up a projector with a live viewing of the judges table so all could see the each pour.
Things headed up quickly and it wasn’t just the modbar…
Coffee Flour blew people away with their tasty savory and sweet treats all made using the product of milled coffee cherries which is turned into flour for baking.
Things got wild as the last couple of rounds caused for loud cheering and claps. Thanks to all who came out and congrats to our top 3 winners!
