Q: How do I submit my artwork?
A: After placing your order, email your black and white artwork as a separate file attachment to info@espressoparts.com. Include your order number in the subject line.
Q: What file formats do you accept?
A: Accepted file formats include: BMP (1-bit color depth preferred), CLP, DIB, EMF, GIF, IFF, LBM, MSP, PBM, PCT, PCX, PNG, PSD, RAS, TIF, and WPG.
We do NOT accept AI, DOCX, EPS, PDF, or SVG files.
Q: What are the artwork requirements?
A:
- Artwork must be black and white only (no gray or transparent backgrounds).
- Minimum resolution: 300 dpi (600+ dpi strongly recommended).
- Size: 2 x 3 inches or 3 x 3 inches, depending on your stamp size.
- File must be smaller than 8 MB.
Q: When will my stamp ship?
A: Your custom stamp will ship 5–7 days after your artwork proof is approved. Please note that expedited shipping is not available for custom stamps.
Q: Can I use my stamp on hot cups or cup sleeves?
A: Yes! These stamps are designed for use on paper cups, sleeves, receipts, bags, business cards, and other paper items. They are not recommended for non-porous surfaces.
Q: What kind of ink should I use?
A: We recommend using a high-quality, fast-drying ink made for porous paper surfaces. Always test your ink on a sample surface to ensure the best impression and drying time.
Q: Can I see a proof before production?
A: Yes — after you submit your artwork, you’ll receive a proof for approval. Production begins once you approve the final design.
Q: Can I reorder the same stamp later?
A: Yes! Once we have your approved artwork on file, you can reorder the same design easily — just reach out to our team with your previous order number.
Q: What if my artwork needs adjustments?
A: If your artwork doesn’t meet our file requirements, we’ll reach out with instructions so you can revise and resubmit.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Because these stamps are custom-made, cancellations or changes are only possible before the artwork proof is approved and production starts.
