MARKETING MANAGER

We are currently looking for a talented, self-motivated Marketing Manager who will take a hands-on approach to create content and promote our brand across platforms. We’re not just looking for someone to post links and prepackaged content—the right candidate will be well-versed in creating, curating and promoting super fresh and compelling content, generating web traffic, crafting stories and increasing brand visibility.

What You’ll Need

  • A deep passion for the Espresso Parts brand and lifestyle, i.e., specialty coffee, barista life, imbibery, and all things espresso.

  • At least 3+ years experience managing digital marketing channels, including content marketing, email, and social media marketing programs.

  • Must be creative and adept at bringing creative visions to life

  • Proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite (CC) to create and manage digital assets such as photos, web graphics, and printed materials. Familiar with DSLRs and photography basics. Canon EOS system preferred.  Knowledge of lifestyle and product photography a plus

  • Familiar with the wide variety of marketing concepts, best practices, and procedures

  • Ability to concept and deliver creative marketing programs in a fast paced environment

  • Excellent time and project management skills

  • E-commerce experience is a plus.  

  • Knowledge of video shooting, editing and motion graphics a plus

  • Available for semi-regular domestic and international travel

What You Will Do

  • Manage marketing strategy to maximize brand awareness and increase company sales across marketing channels.

  • Strategically enhance Espresso Parts marketing presence by developing and implementing comprehensive social media marketing plans with the goals of brand awareness, customer retention, site traffic, and online sales.

  • Research, locate, and engage potential partners & influencers across all channels, and collaborate with them to develop unique written and video content.

  • Aid in launching new products by developing exciting product content, promotions and creating social and web assets.

  • Produce, maintain and develop consistent visual branding across all marketing channels

  • Create targeted email campaigns targeting varied customer segments.  Work with design and development resources to create new emails and deploy emails through ESP.

  • Build and maintain social media presence, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube

  • Create compelling content and media for Espresso Parts website, emails, blogs, products and other marketing touchpoints.

  • Responsible for project management of marketing department

  • Most importantly, you will play a major role on any given campaign and will have opportunities to direct and create brand marketing photography, and create visual solutions for brand promotions on the site, in email, as well as some ad and print materials.

  • Lead or support a variety of product photography in various studio scenarios including lifestyle, tabletop/still-life, and flat (lay-down) styles. Utilize third party vendors as needed.

  • Manage an extensive library of intellectual property and digital assets, including historical archives. Conceptualize, design, and deliver creative assets to use across all mediums to drive traffic to achieve strategic targets.
