I haven’t had much luck with this part. I purchased one in June and was somewhat chagrined to pay eight dollars to ship a $1.50 part. It fit snuggly but seemed to distort under the pressure of turning the valve making it difficult to fully close the valve. It lasted less than three months before breaking. There are no lattes without the steamer so I went back online and ordered three more clips. Unfortunately, this batch of clips doesn’t fit tightly, requiring some electrical tape to keep it attached to the end of the plastic handle. I have yet to come up with a shim to secure the handle to the valve itself.

This is an easy fix when the steam wand won't shut off tightly. They seem to wear out and a new one makes it all good as new. I wish they were sold in packs of 10 as it makes more sense for the shipping charge.
