The Fiorenzato F4 EVO is a compact, touchscreen espresso grinder built for home users, mobile coffee services, and small-volume commercial settings. It delivers precise dosing, low mess, and consistent performance in a smaller footprint.

Professional Espresso Grinding, Engineered by Fiorenzato

This professional Fiorenzato coffee grinder is aesthetically pleasing and offers touchscreen displays, meaning easy viewing of coffee consumption statistics and the state of wear of the burrs. Set the grind size and quantity, and then touch the Start Button to begin grinding. This automatic espresso grinder gives you consistent results every time at the tap of a finger. See how one business is using the F4 for mobile and in-house service!

Key Features of the Fiorenzato F4 EVO Espresso Grinder

  • M340 Flat Steel Burrs: currently the only burrs being produced using materials intended for food. Burrs are produced in-house using a computerized numerical control (CNC) machine to ensure absolute quality. Highly resistant to corrosion, wear, and mighty tough, 58-mm.
  • The IPS touchscreen display is ultra-responsive and extremely user-friendly.
  • Controlled dosing for no spray or messy waste on the bar.
  • Italian-made quality.
  • 250 watts so it's a great alternative for businesses looking for a quality grinder with a small footprint.

Who Is the F4 EVO Best Suited For?

  • Home baristas looking for commercial-grade performance.
  • Mobile baristas offering on-site service or events.
  • Coffee shops using single-origin or decaf beans.
  • Businesses needing a reliable secondary grinder.

F4 EVO vs. F64 EVO: What’s the Difference?

Compared to the Fiorenzato F64 EVO, the F4 EVO provides:

  • A smaller footprint for limited space environments.
  • Lower-volume output, ideal for specialty or backup use.
  • Similar touch interface and dosing accuracy at a lower price point.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Fiorenzato F4 EVO good for home espresso?
Yes, if you treat your kitchen like a small bar. The 6.6" width, 19.8 lb chassis, and 58 mm M340 flat burrs give you commercial consistency without a café-size footprint. It’s overkill for one casual shot a day. It’s the right tool if you pull multiple shots, host, or want the same dose tomorrow that you dialed in today.

Will it fit on a home counter or under cabinets?
Width is 6.6" and depth is 9.4". Height is 18.6" with the standard 500 g hopper. That clears most counters. It will not clear every upper cabinet. If height is tight, use the shorter hopper (available on many F4 setups) to drop overall height to about 17.1". Measure the space before you order, not after the box arrives.

How accurate is the on-demand dosing?
Doses are programmed in time, not weight, with 0.1-second tolerance. Single, double, and manual/continuous are independently set. Once you weigh a few shots and lock the times, shot-to-shot consistency is the point of this machine. It is not grind-by-weight (that’s SENSE models). If you change beans often, re-time the dose. Don’t assume grams stayed put.

How long do the burrs last, and what are they made of?
Stock burrs are 58 mm flat M340 steel, CNC-cut in-house from food-grade material, not a generic aftermarket set. Manufacturer guidance for this class is on the order of hundreds of kilograms of coffee (coated Red Speed / Dark-T sets last several times longer). For a home user pulling a few doubles a day, that is years, not months. Replace when grind times stretch, shots get dusty/fines-heavy, or the display’s burr-wear readout tells you it’s time. Coated replacement sets are available if you run oily or high-volume beans.

Is it loud? Do I need a dedicated circuit?
Rated operator exposure is about 78 dB(A). Noticeable, not a shop-vac. Fine for a kitchen, not silent. Power is 250 W on a standard 110–120 V outlet. No dedicated circuit.
