Of course any will work, but if there is room for it, go with the Sarai. It is a purely mechanical part, and so there's no micro-switch to go out. The diaphrams go bad, and the contacts get fried. But the Sarai is essentially two or three pressurestats, depending on how many wires are used in your unit. There are six connections. When the contacts on the first set of contacts go bad, simply move the two wires over to the next set.

European Espresso machine manufactures use British Standard Pipe fittings in their equipment. To measure a fitting, one measures the inside diameter of the male thread on a fitting. In most cases. Specialized fittings of course may have a wider or more narrow opening depending on the application and desired volume or flow rate through the fitting. But for the most part, it's the inside of a male fitting that is measured. A 1/4" Male BSP fitting will measure 13mm on the outside diameter, for what that's worth....
