Fiorenzato AllGround Dark-T Burr Set with Shim (64mm) - Classic/Sense
Complete 64mm burr set with shims for Fiorenzato AllGround Classic and Sense grinders, suitable for espresso, moka and filter coffee. Machined from Fiorenzato's proprietary M340 steel - an alloy of titanium, aluminum, carbon and nitrogen - for a claimed lifespan roughly 5 times longer than standard burrs.
For over 80 years Fiorenzato has built a reputation for Italian-made grinders that run clean on the bar with minimal mess, backed by computer-machined burrs produced in-house for consistent results.

INSTALLATION
Moderate difficulty - watch our video tutorial for adding shims and dialing in your grind; most experienced home users can do this themselves.
PRO TIPS
- Don't skip the shims - they let you fine-tune the gap between burrs for espresso vs. filter grind ranges rather than relying on the grinder's stepped adjustment alone.
- M340 steel holds an edge dramatically longer than standard hardened steel, but it's also more brittle - never force a burr set that isn't seating flush; a burr cocked even slightly on the mounting holes can chip on first use.
- Double-check you're ordering for the Classic/Sense (MP64HR003/R) and not the newer Red Speed set (MP64HR002/R) - they look nearly identical but aren't a spec-for-spec swap.
