Wood Walnut Portafilter Handle - Nuova Simonelli Style, 10mm

Hand-turned replacement portafilter handle machined from sustainably-sourced, FSC-certified Walnut on a wood lathe and finished with a food-grade mineral oil/beeswax conditioner. The M10 threaded bolt fits La Cimbali, Nuova Simonelli, Rancilio and La San Marco portafilter bodies. Portafilter bodies are sold separately.

COMPATIBILITY

INSTALLATION

Unthreads from the old handle and threads onto the new one; some manufacturers secure the handle with a nut and washer instead of a straight thread, and threadlocker on the bolt is common, so a bench vice is usually needed to break it loose.

PRO TIPS

• Measure your existing handle's bolt diameter before ordering (M10 ≈ 15/32", or .472"), and expect to reach for a bench vice, many factory handles are threadlocked in place and won't budge with hand pressure alone.
• The mineral oil/beeswax finish should be refreshed periodically; a dry-looking handle just needs a light reapplication, not sanding.
