The Two Group Under Counter Espresso Machine has a large 11-liter steam boiler with heat exchangers that pre-heat the water before an individual 500ml brew boilers per group, this leads to a Mavam patented Heated Transfer System which allows this two group machine to produce consistent espresso from shot to shot.
- Stainless steel brew groups have a built-in 200-watt heater assisting with temperature stability.
- Individual pumps for each brew group allow for uninterrupted brewing pressure and individual group brewing pressures.
- The 11-liter steam boiler is dedicated to producing a large volume of steam pressure while also preheating the brew group water plus an individual 500ml brew boiler per group.
