Doser-Mounted Tamper Base - 57mm

This 57mm tamper base mounts to the doser body for one-handed tamping. It's genuine Macap hardware, also used on Gaggia and La Spaziale grinders sold under private-label model names.

  • A 51.5mm version is also available separately

INSTALLATION

DIY - bolts to the doser mounting studs.

PRO TIPS

  • Confirm your tamper base size before ordering - this is the 57mm version, and a 51.5mm version is also available. The two are not interchangeable, since tamper diameter has to match your portafilter basket size to tamp evenly.
