This LUCCA 53mm bottomless portafilter is built specifically for the LUCCA A53 and compatible La Spaziale 53mm group machines. It pairs a polished stainless steel body with a maple wood handle for a clean, classic look that feels solid in hand and balanced at the group.
Why Go Bottomless?
A bottomless (or “naked”) portafilter removes the spouts so you can see exactly how your espresso is extracting. Instead of guessing what’s happening inside the basket, you can:
- Spot channeling immediately.
- Evaluate grind size and distribution.
- Check tamp consistency.
- Improve shot quality faster.

Does NOT fit:
- E61 group machines
- 58mm group machines
- La Marzocco
- Profitec Pro 800
- Any standard 58mm setup
If your machine uses a 58mm portafilter, this is not the correct size.
