Clockwise (with the center pin at the top) the polarity is stamped "+ 0 -". Fits all Gicar flowmeter bodies, though check your lid: the pin configuration or polarity may be different.
Be sure to purchase an o-ring. Screws: M4 x 20 mm pan head Phillips.
