Black Quick Disconnect Water Fitting
This female quick-connect coupling lets you tool-free connect a water source — commonly a repurposed soda BIB container — to your machine's fresh water line. Fluid discharges out through a male 1/4" flare fitting on the outlet side.
COMPATIBILITY
- Works with: 9001A fitting paired with 3/8" flexible nylon hose and a stainless hose clamp for a complete barbed hookup
INSTALLATION
Tool-free DIY connection — push the mating half in until it clicks, no wrench needed.
PRO TIPS
- The internal seal is what keeps this leak-free — if you start seeing weeping at the joint after it's been in service a while, it's almost always the O-ring drying out or picking up mineral scale, not a bad fitting body, so try a seal swap before replacing the whole unit.
- These are rated for cold, low-pressure fresh water lines only — don't use them on the discharge side of a pump or anywhere near boiler pressure.
