Ascaso Grind Adjustment Knob, I-Series (formerly Innova)
This is the grind adjustment knob found on Ascaso's I-1, I-2, I-Mini and I-Steel grinders (the line previously sold under the Innova name), turning it rotates the burr carrier to dial grind size finer or coarser.

- Fits: Ascaso I-1, I-2, I-Mini and I-Steel grinders, including earlier units badged "Innova"
INSTALLATION
Simple DIY swap, unthreads from the adjustment collar by hand.
PRO TIPS
- If your grind setting drifts on its own during use, check that this knob is tightened fully down onto the adjustment collar, a loose knob is a far more common cause of "wandering" grind size than worn burrs on these grinders.
