Ascaso Barista T Heat Exchanger Tube Conversion Kit
Complete kit for converting the older 1/8" fitting heat exchanger plumbing on the Ascaso Barista T to the current 1/4" fitting standard, required when replacing the old I.4668 heat exchanger.
SPECIFICATIONS
- Kit includes: 1 x I.4810 1/4" heat exchanger, 1 x I.5375 exchanger outlet to flowmeter distributor pipe, 1 x I.4978 water inlet distributor to exchanger pipe, 2 x I.4821 1/8" pipe x 1/4" flare coupling fittings, and 1 x I.1227 o-ring
COMPATIBILITY
- Fits: Ascaso Barista T units manufactured before October 2020, or serial number 1889 and lower
- Replaces: the old I.4668 1/8" fitting heat exchanger setup
- Recommended with: I6000 PTFE gasket, for extra assurance
INSTALLATION
Follow the factory instruction sheet; professional installation is recommended given the plumbing conversion involved.
PRO TIPS
- Check your machine's serial number first, this kit only applies to units built before October 2020 (serial 1889 or lower).
- Replace the I6000 PTFE gasket at the same time; doing both jobs together saves a second teardown later.
