La San Marco 1/4" Ball Valve
Brand-specific ball valve for select La San Marco models that isn't listed in any factory parts diagram. These machines use pipe ends with smaller ferrules than the espresso-industry standard, so a generic 1/4" ball valve won't seal correctly.
SPECIFICATIONS
- Connections: 1/4" female x 1/4" male
COMPATIBILITY
- Fits: select La San Marco models with 6.2mm chamfered-hole ferrule pipe ends (not shown in official diagrams, confirmed by measurement)
INSTALLATION
DIY-friendly, but verify your machine's ferrule size before ordering since this isn't a universal fit.
PRO TIPS
- Because this valve doesn't appear in any official La San Marco parts diagram, it's easy to assume it's aftermarket and skip it, but the 6.2mm chamfered ferrule hole is genuinely brand-specific, and a standard-bore ball valve will leak at the ferrule even though it threads on fine.
