1/4" Female Flare to 3/8" Barb Adapter
This brass adapter threads onto our 9001B (07C07-116) Black Quick Disconnect fitting, converting its outlet to a 3/8" hose barb for polyvinyl fresh water supply line. It's the piece you need when you're plumbing a quick-disconnect water hookup and need a barbed spigot instead of a flare connection.

INSTALLATION
Hand-tight DIY installation, thread it onto the 9001B body and secure your hose to the barb with a clamp.
PRO TIPS
- Flare fittings seal on the metal taper, not thread friction, snug it down firmly but don't crank it with a wrench or you risk distorting the flare seat and creating a leak path.
- Use a proper stainless hose clamp rather than a zip tie on the barb end; the barb ridges need even clamping pressure to hold under supply-line pressure.
