Keeps good temperature unlike plastic Melitta cones I've used. I prefer the slower drip of the small 2-hold design of the Beehouse to the V-60. Makes a clean pourover cup but still allows the body of a coffee to come through.

The Beehouse makes a fine cup of coffee but it is nothing to be too excited about. If you own a Melitta (2-hole) then you are most likely familiar with the Beehouse cup. I think the build quality is terrific, I feel like I could drop it from the counter and it would not break (although I won't). As long as your remember to preheat the filter, you can't go wrong with the Beehouse dripper.

Best dripper,makes great cup. It keeps the water hot and let's you see level in cup. Not only is it easy to clean and no after-smell so it is always fresh smelling.

I shopped some of  the competition like the Melitta, Cilio HIC. quality of the Beehouse Dripper compared to these brands is by far superior. The Glaze Finnish is beautiful the weight is second to none. In reference to design Beehouse is very original modern in looks. The handle is easy to hold It's viewing spot at the base is a nice option to have. I am very pleased w/ this purchase. A few things fell short in my opinion It should be mentioned so others at least know. The base of the beehouse dripper is oval in shape, there is a round ridge ring on the base to fit and balance on top a standard coffee cup only. It is to small for a anything larger unfortunately. The actual cup size is also smaller compared to their competition. The Beehouse #3-4 is actually more like a Melita or Cili

Love it. Solid thick build. I built a copper stand for it, bottom construction allows for good stability on a stand or mug.
