Thank you for choosing Espresso Parts! Expedited service orders placed before 2:00PM PST generally ship out the same day the order is placed. Please be aware that standard orders placed after 11:00am PST may not ship until the next business day. You will receive an invoice email with tracking number after the order processes. Please be sure to check your invoice as some items may be on backorder. Back ordered items will ship as soon as they become available, at no extra charge. Our goal is to offer the highest quality products within the specialty coffee trade. We guarantee a full refund or replacement of all defective products at no additional cost to you. Most electrical items have specified limited warranties. If an electrical device fails to function due to manufacturers defect, Espresso Parts will repair or replace the device (TBD).

At this time, we only offer one shipping option for international orders online. We have found it to be the most reliable and affordable for the speed in which it is delivered. This is with the understanding that most of our international orders are valued at high dollar amounts. Receiving customers are responsible for any applicable duties, tariffs, or taxes. Please do not ask us to adjust customs values or ship with another method, as we can/will not.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS VIA USPS:
Special requested orders to be shipped using the United States Postal Service must be requested via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Send your requested items with quantities, physical address and phone number so we may create an estimate and calculate your total.
First Class Package International: First-Class Package International Service is our most affordable international service for small packages.
