WE CANNOT SHIP SMALL ITEMS IN ENVELOPES. As Customs require Commercial Invoices (multiple copies) to be affixed to the outside of a package, the minimum required size of the package must be 9 x 7 x 4 inches, for all items, regardless of the products size. All damaged shipments are the responsibility of the freight carrier and therefore all damage claims must be filed with them. Shipping errors or shortages must be reported within 7 days. HOW TO RETURN AND EXCHANGE MERCHANDISE
Returns and Exchanges: Merchandise can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Please email Returns@espressoparts.com to receive the required RMA number. Items must be received in their original packaging and in unused condition or they may not be eligible for a full refund/exchange. A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on your method of return. Electrical items, books and videos are not eligible for return or exchange. We ship from more than one warehouse so your order may arrive in more than one shipment. If you have purchased items that are now on sale, we will gladly offer you a price adjustment if the original date of shipment was within 14 days of the sale offering.
