Espresso Parts Update on COVID-19 Impact
To Our EP Community,
We wanted to take a moment to send a note of solidarity to our community as all of our businesses and personal lives are increasingly impacted by the current national emergency. First and foremost, we want to wish positivity, health and well-being to each of you, your family and anyone in your direct care. At times like these, empathy and caring for one other is paramount and more important than any business issue.
“Good Coffee and Good Vibes” has always been a mantra for our EP community, and with everything going on, this has been put to the test. Nonetheless, the EP team is committed to doing our best to hold true to this promise. At this moment, we hope to be there for you as partners in order to facilitate as many positive outcomes as possible. In what small ways we can, we wish to keep the spirit of “good coffee and good vibes” alive and well. Here are a few ways we will work to do that:
We are operational and shipping orders.
Please continue to utilize us for all your weekly essentials as necessary. Limited Warehouse Operations Effective March 16th, 2020. Please notice: Express Service orders will generally ship out within 2-3 business days after the order is placed. Please be aware that all other Standard Service orders may not ship for 3-5 business days. If there are products or supplies you can’t find but are in desperate need of, just let us know and we will do our best to help. We are looking to onboard a suite of new products to help in this current state and are open to any and all ideas.
We are standing by.
Our customer service team has moved to remote stations and are standing by to help you by phone and chat. With years of experience as small business owners, coffee techs and baristas, there is no question we won’t field. Even if you just need someone to chat with, we are here for you.
We are taking appropriate precautions.
We have implemented rigorous cleaning procedures and changed workflows to keep our team and goods safe and protected from contamination. We are following all CDC recommended guidelines to ensure the health and well-being of our team and customers.
We are evolving our business.
During times of change, we will remain flexible to respond to our customer’s needs. As the situation changes on a daily basis, we are fully committed to the health and safety of our customers, employees, and the communities we serve. Eventually, this crisis will pass and when it does we will all be stronger and more resilient for it.
