Hario Vacuum Insulated Metal Server 600ml Red Hario's double-wall stainless steel carafes are perfect for keeping your pour over brews warm for up to 90 minutes. These thermal servers feature a pour-through lid with a lever actuated opening, so they keep the heat in until you're ready to pour. The server's opening is designed with V60s in mind, but it can accommodate many other pour-over devices like the Kalita Wave. When preheated with hot water, this 550 mL carafe can keep a fresh brew hot for up to 90 minutes. Our temperature data showed that a fresh, 180 F brew was still hovering around 160 F at 60 minutes, and 140 F at 120 minutes. Compare that to the same drop in about 15 minutes in a standard glass server, and you've got a lot more time to enjoy your brew!

Excellent service from EspressoParts...the first unit had a rattle like a small piece of metal was loose inside. Customer service sent a replacement unit right away. (I'm looking forward to placing my next order.) As for the server/carafe: it's a nice small size. It keeps coffee hot for maybe 1/2hr to 1hr as you drink. Warm for maybe 1-1.5 hours. Obviously as you drink the coffee, you're pouring out the heat. If left full, it probably keeps coffee hot longer. It doesn't leak or drip like some other reviewers suggest (on other sites). Pouring out the last cup does feel a little awkward, as you've got to almost turn the whole carafe upside down to get the last bit of coffee to get over an internal lip. The same lip makes it hard to get wash water out, so it takes forever to dry out completely. (Usually there's water in it the next day.) The lid works well, but it also has lots of crevices that take forever to dry.
