We’ve been working on a little side gig somewhat behind the scenes with our friend Hiroshi Sawada and Streamer Coffee Company. The project is the Streamer X Espresso Parts Barista Pro Shop and makes big use of a pretty small space in a 3 floor custom builtpop-up shop created from recycled/reused shipping containers placed in a triangular-shaped island of real estate. The pop-up shop construction is gorgeous and really makes terrific use of a limited space.

The Barista Pro Shop’s first floor will feature Streamer’s amazing coffee creations served up from a custom La Marzocco 2 group Linea (NOT pictured below) mod’d and built by our own Dave Ringwood.

The second and third floors are offer a ton of co-branded Streamer X Espresso Parts coffee/barista-centric swag. Some of the offerings can be seen through out this post. Had you attended SCAA in Portland this you might have even caught a glimpse of some of the products. These special items will be available exclusively through our Japanese Pro Shop.

We really love this shop concept and we are looking forward to hearing about how well this amazing extension of barista/coffee culture is received.

The Barista Pro Shop is underway with its soft open and has started crafting and selling espresso. Grand opening happens when the custom La Marzocco arrives! Check back we’ll post more photos and details as we continue to stock the shelves.
