The
Chocolate Shot "La Chocolatera'" ~ Hot Sipping Chocolate Maker & Dispenser
Well it may not
exactly be espresso or coffee related but it is cafe and coffee house
related. Since a good portion of our business comes by way of coffee
houses and cafes we feel it is a relevant topic.
Everyone who has
been to a SCAA or CoffeeFest event the last few years may have noticed
a number of exhibitors selling Thick Italian Hot Chocolate. Until recently
the only way sell or display the stuff was in one of those huge, gaudy
chocolate fountains. Things are about to change.
EspressoParts.com
is among the first to be able to offer the only NSF approved 110V Hot
Chocolate Dispensing Machine available at the time. The "Chocolate
Shot" or "La Chocolatera" is worth a good look and some
serious contemplation. As cafe and coffee house owners, equipment and
a product like this can give you a leg up on the competition in your
area.
The applications
in a coffee shop for a traditional European treat like this are as endless
as your imagination. From flavoring your mochas with the fresh made
chocolate to providing a warm sweet chocolate dip for your baked goods.
Drink it straight up or caffinate it with a double shot of espresso
just about anything is possible. Serve it as a dessert or aperitif or
you can even use it as an bar mixer and make the best chocolate martinis
around.
Check it out here,
the first equipment orders have already been shipped out. Don't get
left behind.
