The 5 liter water boiler has made it possible for us to get our slow-drip coffee bar set-up and rolling all in the course of a weekend. Bouncing around to different farmer's markets, the Zojirushi is convenient easy to use. The de-chlorination filter is a boost to the water quality. Biggest piece of feedback is to allow a solid 20 minutes for the full 5 liters of water to heat completely. Also, for continuous hot water, it helps to re-fill before the container is half empty. A great piece of equipment. Strongly recommended to those in the coffee brewing world
