For detailed information on file formatting, etc, see below. Please note that files must be in black and white and at least 300dpi (600+ is preferable).

Stamps generally are engraved and assembled within a 3-5 business days after receiving the order and payment confirmation. During busy times however custom stamps can take up to 5-10 business days. After your stamp is completed it will be shipped according to your shipping selection.

Prices includes a standard (one time/per project) $15.00 set up fee. Additional quantities of stamps can be selected below, for 6 or more please contact us. Set up fees are charged for each piece of artwork submitted.

Our custom made Paper Coffee Cup Stamps are professionally created with your artwork or logo using a laser engraver which can create a very precise and detailed impression of your submitted art.

Lots of great shops and even some of the best coffee roasting companies circumnavigate the hassle that is printed cups for the classic organic look of stamped cups.

Your inexpensive and readily available plain white or craft coffee paper cups can easily be stamped by you or your staff during the inevitable downtime or lulls between customers.

Digital File Format

We accept nearly any file format with the exception that the file is sent at an acceptable resolution.

Acceptable artwork resolution is 300 DPI and is the absolute lowest resolution we can accept. Anything less would result in an undesirable output quality. If you need help reformatting your art or logo we'll be glad to help. Design time rates are listed above and are billable in 15 minute increments.

Submitting artwork at 600+ DPI is highly recommended.

Preferred formats are not limited to but include Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat PDF, Macromedia Freehand, TIFF, BMP and JPG.

We have 2 drive-thru coffee shops and purchased two of these stamps with our logo to use on plain white sleeves. We'll be saving a lot of money on printed sleeves and they look great. The baristas stamp the sleeves in their "down" time. Love them.

I am very satisfied with my custom rubber stamp. It has saved me money in customization and the black ink makes the picture look very old-fashioned. I love that. The only problem I have with it is that I cannot stamp my hot coffee cups because the protective sleeve covers it But as for everything else, it works great

I recently ordered this stamp for use on my cafe's coffee cups, and am tremendously pleased. Service was amazingly quick, the image came out great, and is the perfect size to fit all of our paper cups. Make sure you get a large enough stamp pad to account for the large wooden frame.
