Additions, Subtractions, and Replacements:
Once your order is received into our system our staff will begin to process the transaction as quickly as possible. International and express orders will be processed first and cannot be changed after submission due to the speed of processing. We will make our best efforts to correct standard orders once received yet we cannot guarantee that all corrections can be made. Once your order reaches the shipping department it will be considered as shipped and will not be changed after this point. Changes made after the order is shipped will be considered as a new transaction and processed separately with additional shipping charges. Address Changes:
Please be aware that we will ship to the exact address given. If any of this information is incorrect we cannot ensure correct receipt of your parcel. Address corrections or changes will be attempted upon request (additional fees will occur). It is very important that this information is verified by you prior to submission into our system. Returns due to invalid, incorrect, or failed delivery addresses will be considered as returned and incur a 20% restocking fee as well as any applicable shipping charges. Returns and Exchanges:
Merchandise can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Please email Returns@espressoparts.com to receive the required RMA number. Items must be received in their original packaging and in unused condition or they may not be eligible for a full refund/exchange. A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on your method of return. Electrical items, books and videos are not eligible for return or exchange. We ship from more than one warehouse so your order may arrive in more than one shipment. If you have purchased items that are now on sale, we will gladly offer you a price adjustment if the original date of shipment was within 14 days of the sale offering. International orders are gladly accepted. Please be aware that not all of our offerings are able to be shipped outside of the US. Goods will be shipped as sold and customs documents filled out as per government policy. Payment can only be made via Wire Transfer or PayPal. International credit cards are not accepted. FedEx is our preferred carrier and the only service EspressoParts.com is fully able to track, insure, and verify delivery.
