The Mazzer Robur

The Mazzer Robur is the largest biggest baddest espresso grinder on the market. Oh sure there are others but really, do they command the same amount of attention. When compared to a standard Mazzer Super Jolly, the Robur is heads and tails above the standard.

Huge 71 mm conical burrs and a robust 900 watt motor that spins at 500 RPM make this grinder the perfect choice for high production espresso bars. Sure there are complaints of overheating and such, but not many bars do the volume that causes this type of heating.

This is the grinder of choice of many high production espresso bars, like Stumptown, and Victrola, as well as many past and Current Barista champions.
