The Filtron Pro is ideal for House Blends, Signature Coffee of the Day specials, and superb for making iced espresso drinks. The Filtron Pro Cold Water Coffee Brewing System uses 5-10 pounds of fresh ground coffee to produce 10-20 qts. of coffee concentrate per day.

Easy to use - non electrical, non mechanical cold water brewing system. Many of the best cafes and specialty coffee businesses use this system to create delicious iced coffee/espresso drinks. Used in this manner it can cut labor by up to 90%.

Drip-proof Tomlinson NSF approved spigot is removable without tools and easily disassembles for cleaning. 10 gallon brewing chamber is food quality, medium density polyethylene for impact resistance and a long service life. Rotationally molded stand securely holds and lifts the brewing chamber so a 4 qt. measuring pitcher can be easily inserted and removed. A 4 qt. Polycarbonate measuring pitcher is included.

Filter Pads & Filters
Natural wool felt filter pad is reusable and has an exclusive lift tab. Filters to as low as one micron. When not in use, filter stores in a refrigerator or cooler, and can be used dozens of times before replacing. Easy to clean and sanitize.

All plastic elements of the Filtron Pro are dishwasher safe.

Below are some quick and easy recipes using Filtron cold brewed coffee:

Filtron Iced Coffee
1 ounce Filtron Coffee Essence
5 ounces of water
Add ice Optional: Cream and sugar to taste

Cappuccino
2 tablespoons sweet white chocolate
2 ounces Filtron Coffee Essence
1 teaspoon sugar
2/3 cups hot milk
1/2 teaspoon brandy extract
Blender Speed: High
Time: 10-15 seconds
Yield: 1 1/4 cups
Optional Garnish: Whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles

Frozen Irish Coffee
1 teaspoon brandy extract
2 ounces Filtron Coffee Essence
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/4 cups ice cubes
Blender Speed: High
Time: 20-25 seconds
Yield: 1 1/2 cups
Garnish: Whipped cream and a cherry

Double Iced Mocha (with Milk or Soy Milk)
2-4 ice cubes
2 Ounces Filtron Cold Coffee Brew
1 Ounce Chocolate Syrup (or flavor to taste)
10-12 Ounces of Milk or Soy Milk
Mix together well and serve.

Tropical Cafe
1/3 cup Coco Lopez cream of coconut
1/3 cup pineapple chunks and juice
2 ounces Filtron Coffee Essence
1 ounce water
1 1/2 cups ice cubes
Blend until smooth
Yield: 1 1/2 cups
Garnish: Whipped cream and pineapple wedge

Frozen Strawberry Cappuccino
2 ounces Filtron Coffee Essence
2 ounces Half and Half
2 ounces Strawberry Italian syrup
2 cups ice cubes
Blend until smooth
Garnish: Strawberry
