Seen them used and been wanting to get one for a long time. FINALLY coughed up the bucks. Installation took less than 5 minutes. Used 5/8" inside diameter drain line, 3/8" OD quick connect T and on/off valve fittings and poly line (Home Depot). Piece of cake. Used the feed line to my Linea, off all of 90 seconds to turn off it's water, cut the existing 3/8" poly, pop the T in, connect all the poly lines water back on. Really, I hate plumbing, and it really was a piece of cake to install. Saved the last 8 pitchers from bevs just before turning of the Linea to break it in:) SWEEEEET Honestly I really don't care that much about it's purported saving water, saves boo-koo time

We have a portable coffee cart we have just rebuilt and having inspected for Health/Safety. We do not use any wares other than the steaming pitcher and this counts as a "sink" It works great, looks nice and assures the customer of our cleanliness. I disagree with Russ in that I found it very easy to install with a simple disconnect part purchased at Lowe's. A little pricy but definitely worth it. 5 stars for sure

Works great. It saves time for the barista not having to hand wash every time. It would be good to include instructions on installation and the plumbing connections needed. Also it would be nice if it were large enough to use for blender containers as well as steaming pitchers.
